Peter Sarmanian is the Vice President of Transworld Central Massachusetts. He has an extensive business background in Franchise restaurants and retail real estate, working closely with business owners, brokers, and real estate companies with national portfolios. Peter also co-founded several companies and has experience in acquiring and selling businesses. He specializes in contract negotiations, business development, and strategic partnership for businesses of all sizes. Prior to Transworld, Peter was a co-founder and President of a multi-unit restaurant company overseeing operations, acquisitions, forecasting, budgeting and purchasing. He was also a co-founder and board member of the largest New England purchasing organization that amassed over 600 restaurants and hospitality businesses, securing national pricing that rivaled public companies. Outside of work Peter enjoys spending time with his four kids, fitness, hiking and traveling.
